The Brighthandle
BRIGHTHANDLE
I want some of those handles installed in my house. On second thought, there would be no real need in them. But I think it's kind of cool, almost lightsaber-ish.
Today I went and pitched some softballs to Laura to help for her game tomorrow . . . don't think I was much help but I tried. Something about in softball you have to have some sort of an arch when you pitch it, well I kept wanting to throw them lower and straight like a baseball. Tough stuff.
I actually slept later today, which was nice - 11:30. I went to bed at like 11:45 though. I don't know what I was thinking. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out a normal sleep pattern . . .
Until then, I'm gone.

TheFacebook Gets $13 million
Student's start-up draws attention and $13 million | CNET News.com
Anyone who's anyone uses Thefacebook. Unless it isn't available at your school, or you aren't in college - then it isn't your fault. But this is a cool article talking about the company and the 21 year old Harvard student that started it last year.
It really makes me feel like I'm not doing anything worthwhile when I hear these people that are my age, a couple years older, or even younger than me, doing this stuff and making all this money. Someone help me think of something that I can make some easy money with.
In other news, yesterday I went to the Belcourt Theater with Jacob Schoaf and Laura to see Oldboy. I gotta thank Jacob for asking me to go with him because it was a really good movie. A foreign film, maybe Korean, where you have to read the subtitles, about a man that is imprisoned by some guy for 15 years then set free. All of this for no reason. He has to figure out why he has been imprisoned in 5 days . . . or else. Anyhow, it was a good movie.
In stranger news, it's 8:30am - why am I awake? That's what I get for going to bed early (1am). I don't know what to do with myself . . . I guess I could go fill up with gas. Long blog, sorry - later.

News Article About ToTo247's Xanga Site
This is crazy - some young, I'm guessing Chinese, man let his girlfriends old boyfriend come into his house and he wouldn't leave. The young guy proceeded to write the above blog entry about the situation, and was shortly murdered. Good thing is that the police found the guy because of the blog though.
Still sad though, and I don't think I would have gotten on my computer to write a blog if some random guy was walking around in my house.
Anyhow, I'm done for now - salut!

Tallest, Fastest Roller Coaster . . . What a rip off.
keoshi.com/blog » Blog Archive » Kingda Ka - Tallest, Fastest Roller Coaster on Earth
Last summer I, along with Josh, Hodges, & Justin, rode the world's tallest, fastest roller coaster. Well it no longer holds that position. Instead, a copycat took it's place in a Six Flags theme park.
The Top Thrill Dragster in Cedar Point (The one we rode) was 420ft high and went 120mph. This new one, Kingda Ka, which looks exactly like the Top Thrill Dragster, besides the color and the added hill at the end, is 456ft tall and 128mph.
Intamin made both of these rides, and I just wonder what is the point in making a ride that is pretty much identical, and why would a theme park not want to buy more innovative rides to beat the records? Six Flags Great Adventure, you'll never be Cedar Point.
